The premise sits in the homepage line: understand the stitch before you touch the machine. The user sews a controlled test seam, uploads photographs of its front and its back, answers a short questionnaire, and receives possible causes with the evidence behind them, a single reversible next check to try, and the conditions under which to stop and get help.

The symptoms covered are the ones a home sewer can actually see: tension problems, thread loops on the underside of the fabric, bird nesting at the start of a seam, skipped stitches, thread that keeps breaking, puckering, zig-zag tunneling and fabric that will not feed. Written guides for each of these sit alongside how it works, safety and contact pages.

The framing is deliberately cautious. The tool does not offer a certain diagnosis, promise a repair, or stand in for a qualified technician, and industrial, overlock and embroidery machines, electrical faults and internal timing repairs are outside its scope.
