Parall

Parall lets you run multiple independent instances of the same macOS app, each with its own Dock icon and, where the target app supports it, separate accounts, profiles and data. It works through lightweight launcher shortcuts that keep the original app untouched, and can also turn websites, files, folders and command-line tools into their own Dock shortcuts.
