Deiko

Deiko is a macOS menu-bar tool that watches where you point on screen and listens while you narrate, then assembles a screenshot-plus-brief you can drop into Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT or Codex. No account, screenshots and OCR text never leave the Mac; only narration audio (transcribed then deleted) and a short filing note go over the network.
