Writing invoices, capturing receipts and keeping track of what is paid sit at the centre. Invoices are created in a structured form, invoice status, payments and outstanding amounts stay linked to one another so open items remain visible, and receipt data is read out of the document rather than typed in by hand.

The site presents the product as built for Austria and states that transmission is encrypted. It is account-based software rather than a single browser tool, so signing up is part of using it. New accounts run on the Pro tier for 14 days and then switch automatically to the free tier, which covers five invoices a month, and the site says no payment details are needed to start. The interface and all site content are in German.
