Smartees Tools is an offline utilities app published by Kavela LTD (registered in England and Wales, company no. 17051996, Shelton Street, London). It bundles everyday tools such as a QR code generator, image converter and compressor, JSON formatter, test data generator, resume builder and a speed test. This policy explains how the app handles your information. The short version: it collects nothing.

Data we collect: none

Smartees Tools does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no tracking, and no crash/usage telemetry. Nothing you do in the app is sent to us or to any third party.

On-device processing

Every tool runs entirely on your device. The inputs you provide and the outputs the app generates — QR codes, converted or compressed images, formatted JSON, generated test data, resumes — are processed locally and stay on your device. We never see them and they never leave your phone unless you choose to share or export them yourself.

Photos & files

Some tools let you pick a photo or file (for example, to convert or compress an image). The app accesses a photo or file only at the moment you select it, processes it locally on your device, and never uploads it anywhere. The app does not browse, scan or index your library in the background — it only ever touches the specific item you hand to it.

Network

The app works fully offline. The only feature that uses the network is the optional Speed Test, which contacts a speed-test endpoint to measure your connection's bandwidth. This measures throughput only — no personal data, file contents or identifiers are sent. If you never run the Speed Test, the app makes no network connections. Saving or sharing your results uses your operating system's standard share sheet, which you control.

Children

Smartees Tools contains no ads, no data collection and no objectionable content, so it is safe for users of all ages. Because we collect no data at all, we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.
